Carlos Reviews the Request
Carlos checks the information and contacts you to clarify conditions, priorities, and the most useful next step.
Site Review When Needed
Projects needing measurements, access planning, visible-condition review, or finish discussion can move to an on-site visit.
Scope, Quote & Timing
Once enough information is available, the proposed work, assumptions, price, exclusions, and expected timing are explained in writing.
Schedule, Build & Review
Approved work is contracted, scheduled, completed with project updates, and reviewed with the customer at closeout. Covered workmanship carries a one-year warranty.
Repairs & Smaller Improvements
Project request → phone or photo review → brief site visit when needed → estimate and scheduling.
Remodeling, Painting & Carpentry
Project request → on-site review → scope and finish discussion → written quote → contract and scheduled work.
Additions, Larger Renovations & Commercial Work
Project request → plans and site review → coordination requirements → detailed proposal, contract, and project schedule.
Standard Estimate Review
A standard estimate may be prepared using submitted details, photos, a brief visual review, and basic measurements needed to develop the proposed scope and price.
Additional Evaluation When Needed
On-site inspections, written assessments, planning consultations, specialist evaluations, or certain travel requests may involve a fee disclosed before scheduling.
An estimate is not a comprehensive property inspection. Any additional evaluation, testing, engineering, licensed-trade diagnosis, or fee is discussed before it is authorized.
