Clear Answers Before You Request the Work.
These are the questions customers most often need answered before the first site visit or estimate.
How is an estimate review handled?
A standard estimate review may use submitted details, photos, a brief visual review, and basic measurements to develop a proposed scope and price. Additional inspections, written assessments, planning consultations, specialist evaluations, or certain travel requests may involve a fee disclosed before scheduling.
What is the difference between an estimate and an inspection or written assessment?
An estimate is used to prepare a proposed scope and price based on the information available, which may include photos, a brief visual review, and basic measurements. An inspection or written assessment involves additional time, documentation, testing, diagnosis, or professional review and is handled separately when needed.
What types of projects does C Rodriguez Construction review?
Priority services include kitchen and bathroom renovation, professional painting, and fine carpentry. Carlos also reviews additions, interior renovations, repairs, exterior improvements, and multi-trade residential or commercial projects, subject to scope, location, scheduling, and trade requirements.
Which areas do you serve?
C Rodriguez Construction serves Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Kingwood, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Pasadena, Klein, and other Houston-area communities. Larger or commercial projects outside these areas may also be considered after review.
How quickly will Carlos respond?
Carlos normally responds within 24 hours during regular business operations. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
Can I send project photos?
Yes. The project request accepts up to three JPG, PNG, or WebP images. Overview and close-up photos can help Carlos understand the property and prepare for the first conversation. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
How are electrical or plumbing needs handled?
Electrical and plumbing work is coordinated through properly licensed trades and trusted subcontractors when required. The exact responsibility and coordination are explained as the project scope is developed.
What happens after I submit the form?
Carlos reviews the request, contacts you for missing details, determines whether a site visit or separate assessment is useful, and then explains the next step. Pricing, final scope, scheduling, and availability are confirmed only after the project has been reviewed.
Is the completed work covered by a warranty?
Covered workmanship is supported by a one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer or supplier warranties for materials and products are separate and are explained or provided when applicable.
Still Have a Project-Specific Question?
The project request gives Carlos the location, type of work, timing, and supporting details needed to provide the right next step.
